Slowmound Mugo Pine is a dwarf conifer with dark green needles. It forms a tight bun appearance. This pine retains its dark green needles through winter. It will grow to a height of 2' and just as wide staying tight and compact.

Use this shrub in a landscape bed, a grouping, or as a foundation plant. Slowmound Mugo Pine is drought tolerant once it is established. Slowmound Mugo Pine will grow in full sun to light shade. Slowmound Mugo Pine makes a great Bonsai specimen.
