Russet Burbank Potato
Russet Burbank Potato could be called the French Fry Potato as this potato is the main potato used for making French Fries. It is also great for baking and mashed potatoes. Russet Burbank is high in vitamin C and B6 and is the highest rated potato for antioxidant.
Cut out the eyes and plant in the soil. One seed potato will usually supply about 5 to 8 eyes. Plant in full sun and well drained soil. Be sure to cover up the new tubers that appear at the base of the plant with additional soil or straw. Sunlight on the tubers will cause them to turn green.
