Bela Lugosi Daylily
Bela Lugosi Daylily has beautiful flowers that are a deep purple with a yellow throat. Bela Lugosi Daylily have long slender green leaves that usually turn yellow in the fall. This daylily will grow to a height of 30" to 36" and 18" to 24" wide. Bela Lugosi Daylily likes to be planted in full sun to partial sun.
Use Bela Lugosi Daylily as stand alone plants, edging, borders, containers, groundcover, cottage garden, or massed in a perennial or landscape bed. Daylilies are very hardy plants and will withstand dry soil to wet soil, poor soil, and slopes. Bela Lugosi Daylily attracts butterflies and makes an excellent cut flower. It is deer resistant and drought tolerant once it is established. It is also a Firewise plant. Water deeply during dry spells to maintain good looking foliage.
Bela Lugosi Daylily should be divided to maintain vigor when the clumps become overcrowded. Deadhead flowers to keep plant looking nice.
