Silver Mound
Silver Mound is a rounded perennial with soft, fragrant, silver-grey leaves. It will grow to a height of 10" to 12" tall and 1' to 2' wide. White flowers will appear in midsummer atop the foliage. Plant Silver Mound in full sun to partial shade and well drained soil.
Use Silver Mound as a border plant, massed in a perennial bed, in a Rock Garden, and you can try this one in a Moon Garden. Cut back after flowering in midsummer to encourage bushy new growth. Silver Mound also makes a great cut flower. Use it as filler or as accent in a flower arrangement. This perennial also makes a great groundcover. Silver Mound is deer resistant and works well in mixed containers.
