Blue Marvel Salvia

Blue Marvel Salvia has stems loaded with violet-blue flowers that bloom from late spring to early fall. This variety is a more compact Salvia growing only to a height of 10" to 12" tall and just as wide. The foliage is a medium green and is aromatic. Plant Blue Marvel Salvia in full sun in a well-drained area.

Blue Marvel Salvia is a magnet for butterflies, bees and hummingbirds and is deer resistant. Use as a border, massed in a perennial bed, or a Rock Garden. Blue Marvel Salvia will become drought tolerant once it is established and it is also a Firewise plant. Blue Marvel Salvia also makes an excellent cut flower for that tabletop vase.
