Hedge Cotoneaster
Hedge Cotoneaster is a very hardy deciduous shrub for our area. It will survive temperatures to -40 degrees. It has dark glossy green leaves that turn scarlet, red, and purple in the fall making it a nice shrub all season long. Hedge Cotoneaster will have white blossoms in the spring attracting butterflies. The blossoms are followed by black berries that will attract birds as they feast on the berries.
Hedge Cotoneaster will grow from 8' to 10' tall and 3' to 4' wide making it a great shrub for hedges or screening. It takes pruning and shearing very well.
