Purple Flame Phlox

Purple Flame Phlox grows from 12" to 18" tall and just as wide. It has beautiful fragrant purple flowers with dark purple centers that blooms from midsummer to late summer. Purple Flame Phlox has a nice fragrance attracting butterflies and hummingbirds. It likes moist but well drained soil. Plant Purple Flame Phlox in full sun to part shade.

It makes an excellent cut flower and attracts butterflies, hummingbirds, and bees. Purple Flame Phlox is also a Firewise plant. Use this plant in a perennial border, massed in a perennial or landscape bed, or in a cottage garden.
