Obsidian Heuchera
Obsidian Heuchera also known as Coral bells is a medium grower. The dark purple leaves add a nice contrast to lighter colored leaves of other plantings in shade areas. The clusters of white blooms will rise above the foliage in early summer to midsummer. The mounding foliage will grow to a height of 18" to 24" and 12" to 16" wide.
Use in containers, beds, and borders, cottage garden, or a woodland garden. This Heuchera is deer resistant, makes a good cut flower, it attracts Hummingbirds, and Butterflies, and is a Firewise plant. If you don't cut this perennial back in the fall, it will provide some fall and winter interest. Obsidian Heuchera likes to be planted in full sun to light shade.
