Matrix Lily is from a series of lilies that were bred for a dwarf habit, mainly for growing in containers. The flowers are a orange graduating to red at the tips of each petal. It willl bloom in early summer. It will grow from 16" to 20" tall and just as wide. Matrix Lily has dark green leaves that whorl up the stem and turn yellow in the fall. Lilies are very easy to grow. You can force them to bloom indoors and they will reproduce well.
Matrix Lily has excellent long lasting flowers and is great for a cut flower to fill a vase on a tabletop. They are also perfect for container growing or massed in a perennial bed. Plant Matrix Lily in a Cottage Garden or a Rock Garden. Lilies are not fragrant which makes them great for allergenic sufferers. They are also a Firewise plant.
