Starbor Kale​ has green crinkly and frilly leaves. It will grow from 1' to 2' tall and just as18" to 36" wide. This is one of the veggies that is classified as a Superfood! It is packed with nutrition.  Starbor Kale will take a frost making it a great early spring planting in your garden.

Starbor Kale likes to be planted in full sun and takes 50 days to mature. Use Starbor Kale fresh in salads, blanched, braised, or broiled. Starbor Kale freezes well for great veggie side dishes during the winter. Use in soups, stews, stir frys, and casseroles. 

You can even use Starbor Kale in a combination basket or pot on your porch or patio. Harvest the bottom leaves through the spring and work your way up to the top. This will then turn into what resembles a Palm Tree, making this a Starbor Palm Tree Kale.
