Hakuro Nishiki Willow is also known as Variegated Willow. It is a small shrub that has variegated leaves when young which turn reddish in the fall. The young branches grow out of the base of the plant and grow all directions giving it a fan effect. The stems are coral and red giving this shrub some winter interest. Prune in the early spring to promote the variegated foliage. It will grow to a height of 4' to 6' and just as wide. It
has small pinkish-white flowers in the spring.
